 Our Aesthetic Banked Memberships are designed to help you save on the treatments and products you already love. Members enjoy an additional 10%, 15%, or 20% savings on eligible services and retail purchases at Ritz XV while making convenient monthly contributions. Every dollar of your membership payment is deposited directly into your patient wallet, which can be monitored anytime through your patient portal. You maintain full control of the credit card associated with your membership and may cancel at any time.  

Because this program is intended to help you save for treatments you receive throughout the year, we encourage members to use their accumulated funds annually. If contributions stop or deposited funds remain unused for more than one year from the date of deposit, you will receive an email notification. Any unused portion of that specific monthly deposit will be removed from your patient wallet after the one-year mark. Deposits are tracked individually, so only the unused balance associated with the qualifying deposit is affected.

*If a membership is canceled within three months of receiving membership discounts, Ritz XV reserves the right to charge for the value of discounts previously applied.

We understand that life circumstances can change. Members may pause their membership for up to 90 days per calendar year for documented medical or personal reasons, such as medical leave or extended travel. Membership benefits are suspended during the pause period.

Metabolic Membership: $99/month, discounted GLP1s

Aesthetic Member Longevity Upgrade: $99/month, receive 10%, 15%, or 20% discounts based on your current membership tier on all peptides including GLP1s.

Longevity Core Membership: $199/month, ~18% discounts on peptides + complimentary monthly Vitamin B12 injections + complimentary quarterly NAD+ injections OR annual micronutrient panel

Longevity Reserve Membership: $345/month, ~22% discounts on peptides + complimentary monthly Vitamin B12 injections + complimentary monthly NAD+ injections + TruAge Complete Epigenic Panel at 1mo check-in (1 per year).

 The Metabolic Membership and Aesthetic Longevity Upgrade Membership require a minimum 3-month commitment to allow adequate time for onboarding, treatment implementation, and clinical monitoring. If you choose to cancel before completing the initial 3-month term, your credit card will be charged a $250 fee to cover the consultation and onboarding services provided at the start of your program.

The Longevity Core and Longevity Reserve Memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment to support comprehensive evaluation, personalized treatment planning, and ongoing optimization. Cancellation before completing the initial 6-month term will result in an early termination fee of $300 for Core members and $500 for Reserve members. These fees help offset the cost of specialty diagnostic testing, clinical onboarding services, and complimentary monthly B12 or NAD+ injections included with membership benefits.

Peptides are not included in monthly membership fees; however, members receive preferred pricing on peptides based on their membership tier. Membership fees are non-refundable. Any peptide medications, supplies, or materials that have already been dispensed or shipped remain the property of the patient upon cancellation.
